Sales Development Representative

Thanks to Salvus Care, our patient engagement platform, pharmacies can play a leading role with value-added care services with ready-to-use content and workflows that facilitate the communication and interactions between patients and pharmacists.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities for the company. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new business deals. Also, we want you to be involved in the closing of the new opportunities generated.
You will need to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and have excellent communication skills, and together, we will develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry to achieve our ambitious growth plans in the coming years.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting and Lead Generation - Identify and research new business opportunities through various channels, including calling, referrals, and industry events to engage with potential clients via phone and email, and schedule first conversations meetings.
- Qualification - Qualify leads by assessing the needs and paint points, and present how they can address these challenges with our product offering.
- Closing – Be involved in the negotiation and closing of deals with new clients, potentially taking the lead in face-to-face meetings.
- Lead Nurturing – Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and communication, keeping them engaged and informed about our product and company developments.
- Research - Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments.
- Customer Development - Help to shape our business and product roadmaps with your insights and the feedback received from the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the software or digital health industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (Dutch and English required, French is a plus).
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently, with a goal-oriented mindset and a strong bias to action (done is better than perfect).
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools.
